Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the flow of information of all eHealth activities between eHealth and clients/partners.
Location: Kano State, Nigeria

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  
Responsible for supporting the successful implementation on GPS tracking during Immunization plus days (IPD) and providing feedback to partners/clients on the analysis of results generated from the IPD campaign.
Providing and updating partners/clients with data collection information on map corrections and production.
Delivering presentations to clients/partners on the use of the Vaccine Tracking System (VTS) dashboard and the results of tracking carried out during the IPDs.
Working with relevant stakeholders to develop a better understanding on best practices for effective IPD tracking.
Responsible for providing IPD tracking information during campaigns to partners/clients.
Printing maps of missed or partially missed settlements and informing clients/partners how the maps can be used for mop up.
Updating partners/clients with issues regarding lost trackers and San Disk cards during Immunization Plus Days (IPD).
Attends and participates in trainings and team meetings. Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible for performing any other duty as assigned by Management.

Bachelor’s degree from college or university with an emphasis in Project Management or any related field. Minimum of three years prior experience in related industry, preferably within healthcare or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess high level data manipulation skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines while being flexible in adapting to new roles.
Certifications and Licenses
Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 or related certifications
Computer Skills
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, (including Excel).
Proficiency working within specialized software is preferred
Language Ability
English is the spoken and written language. Fluency in Hausa is desirable.
Ability to read, analyse, proof and edit documents, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or government regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees and the general public.
Math Ability
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
Reasoning Ability
Ability to interpret data that is not well defined or documented and develop recommendations based on findings.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
